Work commences on two much-in-demand housing developments
We are delighted to be starting work this week on two new North Wales housing developments, and before spades have even hit the ground demand for the new homes has been phenomenal.
Our Cysgod Y Graig housing development in Dyserth will be, when fully developed, comprised of 61 homes ranging from two to four bedrooms. Six of the properties will be much-needed affordable housing. Meanwhile at Parc Tirionfa, in Rhuddlan, we’re going to build 48 new homes, five of which will be affordable two, three and four-beds.
It was in November last year that we confirmed our plans for new homes in Dyserth, whilst it was only in March of this year that planning was granted at the site in Rhuddlan – we’d only completed on the land just weeks beforehand! For both, though, starting work this week is an exciting milestone.
Both sites had already been earmarked for residential development and this, in itself, acknowledges the need for quality, affordable family housing in the area. However, this only really becomes meaningful when that translates through into action and that has most certainly been the case in these two examples.
We’ve already received over 200 enquiries from interested purchasers ranging from local first-time buyers, young professionals, growing families and older couples alike. Both sites are proving equally popular and enquiries are being received for all house types.
We’ll be launching sales at both sites later this summer.
